Lauren Caffe is a current student at Bowdoin College studying Government and Legal Studies and Environmental Studies. Her current research is working on connecting coastal Maine communities to resources for adaptation efforts in the face of climate change. The passion for volunteering started when she was younger and intensified when she volunteered at Camp CaPella, a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities, throughout high school. Photography has always been an interest and a hobby that came from both her grandfather and father always carrying a camera around. She currently lives in Camden at her mom’s B&B and is trying to see all 65 lighthouses in Maine by the end of 2020 with her golden retriever pup, Bodie!
