My name is Ben Tero and I am a photographer from Portland, Maine. I grew up in Portland and am currently living right in town. I recently finished my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Maine, and am working in a biomedical research lab at Maine Medical
Center. My plan is to attend medical school at some point in the future after taking some time off from school to work, travel, and take as many photos as possible. Photography started off as a hobby for me after graduating high school, but from there has grown into something I am
very passionate about. I have dabbled in many different types of photography, but am most fascinated with landscapes. You’ll often find me out exploring Acadia National Park, down on the rocks at Portland Head Light, or out at midnight with my lens pointed towards the stars.
